HB TECH complies with applicable laws and regulations and conducts ethical business activities to build trust and implement corporate values centered on sustainability.
HB TECH declares that, in accordance with the conflict minerals regulations implemented by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), it will not use minerals sourced from conflict-affected regions in any of its products.
The conflict minerals referred to herein include: – • Tin (Sn), Tungsten (W), Tantalum (Ta), and Gold (Au), commonly known as 3TG.
These minerals are considered conflict minerals when sourced from regions under the control of armed groups or from countries at high risk of human rights violations.
The extraction and trade of these minerals in conflict-affected and high-risk areas may be linked to human rights abuses, forced labor, and violence.
To address these concerns, the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) requires listed companies and suppliers to disclose the presence of such minerals in their products.
